Max Bupa Heartbeat Gold Plan

Max Bupa’s Heartbeat Gold Plan is a health insurance that  comes with special family oriented benefits. It offers various medical benefit to you and your family for a life long period. Under this plan, the maximum of 2 adult and 2 children can be covered for a sum insured of Rs.5Lakh, Rs.7.5Lakh and Rs.10Lakh.

The policy covers insured for in-patient hospitalization treatment for more than 24 hours of hospitalization. It includes hospital room charges, operation theatre charges, ICU charges, nursing care, surgical dressings, doctors fees, cost of medicines, pathology test, x-rays, diagnostic test, prosthetic implants, etc. Pre and post hospitalization expenses are covered up to 30 days prior to admission in hospital and after 60 days after discharge from the hospital.

The policy also includes several benefits such as domiciliary treatment, day care procedures, maternity benefit, new born baby cover, annual health check-ups, emergency ambulance charges, etc.

Heartbeat Gold Plan offers cashless hospitalization service at network hospitals across country. A cumulative bonus of 10% is provided on sum insured for every renewal of policy. You can also avail tax benefit on premium paid under section 80D of the Income Tax Act,1961.
