Health Suraksha is a health insurance offered by HDFC Ergo. It covers insured for all medical expenses  due to any sickness or injury.

Benefits-

  1. In-patient Hospitalization – It covers hospitalization expenses including room rent, doctor/surgeon fees, nursing care, operation theatre charges, etc.
  2. Pre and Post Hospitalization- It covers medical expenses up to 60 days prior and 90 days after discharge from the hospital.
  3. Domiciliary Hospitalization- It covers the medical expenses for treatment taken at home, subject to a condition.
  4. Day Care Procedures- It covers 141 day care procedures/surgeries which do not require more than 24 hours of hospitalization.
  5. Ayush Benefit- It covers medical expenses for in-patient treatment under Ayurveda, Unani, Sidha or Homeopathy.
  6. Health Check-up- It covers cost of health check up cost up to 1% of sum insured, subject to a maximum of Rs.5,000/-
  7. Ambulance Charges- It covers ambulance charges up to Rs.2000/- in an emergency.
  8. Cumulative Bonus- It provides cumulative bonus of 5% on sum insured for every claim free year, subject to a maximum of 50%.
  9. Cashless Hospitalization- It provides cashless hospitalization service at over more than 4200 network hospitals across India.

Tax Benefit-
Premium paid is eligible for tax benefit under section 80D of the Income tax Act,1961.

Eligibility-

  1. Covers individual aged between 3 months to 65 years
  2. Available for an individual and for family
  3. Sum insured ranges are Rs.1Lakh, Rs.2Lakh and Rs.3Lakh

Bajaj Allianz Silver Health Plan

Bajaj Allianz’s Silver Health Plan is a health insurance specially designed for the senior citizens. It covers medical expenses incurred on hospitalization treatment due to any sickness and injury.

A flat benefit of 3% is admissible hospitalization expenses are paid towards pre and post hospitalization expenses. The cost of health check ups are covered after continuous four claim free years. Pre-existing diseases are covered from the second year of the policy.

And more, Silver Health Plan comes with cashless hospitalization service, the insured can avail cashless facility at over 2400 network hospitals across country. A 20% of co-payment is admissible, if treatment is taken in non network hospitals. Waiver of co-payment is available on payment of additional premium. There are free value added service available for Bajaj Allianz Silver health policy holders.

The cumulative bonus of 5% is provided on sum insured for every claim free year, subject to a maximum of 50%. Also, a family discount of 5% is applicable under this policy. Premium paid is eligible for tax benefit under section 8oD of the Income Tax Act,1961.

The policy is available for the people aged above 46 years and up to 70 years. The policy can be renewed up to the age of 75 years. The sum insured ranges starts from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/-.

Max Bupa’s Heartbeat Gold Plan is a health insurance that  comes with special family oriented benefits. It offers various medical benefit to you and your family for a life long period. Under this plan, the maximum of 2 adult and 2 children can be covered for a sum insured of Rs.5Lakh, Rs.7.5Lakh and Rs.10Lakh.

The policy covers insured for in-patient hospitalization treatment for more than 24 hours of hospitalization. Bajaj Allianz’s Health Guard is a perfect health insurance for you and your family. It covers hospitalization, pre and post hospitalization and other related medical expenses.

Health Guard covers all hospitalization expenses for more than 24 hours of hospitalization. There is no sub limit on room rent and other expenses. It covers pre and post hospitalization expenses  up to 60 days prior and 90 days after  hospitalization. Pre-existing diseases are covered after 4 continuous policy years.
