Oriental Health Insurance (Individual)

Oriental Health Insurance (Individual) is a comprehensive health care plan which takes care of medical expenses for hospitalization and domiciliary hospitalization for sudden sickness, illness, injury or accident.

Eligibility-

• Entry level age between 15 years and 65 years

• Renewable till lifetime

• Sum insured up to Rs,5Lakh.

Coverage-

The policy provides the coverage for hospitalization expenses and reimbursement for medical expenses. It includes:

1. Surgeon/Specialist/Anesthetist fees

2. Hospital room charges, boarding expenses

3. Nursing expenses

4. ICU/OT charges

5. Cost of blood and oxygen

6. Cost of surgical appliances

7. Pre-existing diseases are covered after 4^th policy year.

8. Cover for Pre and post hospitalization expenses for period of 30 days prior to hospitalization and 60 days after hospitalization.
